Default To the point book for Journalism?
I'm currently studying from "Exploring Journalism" but I think it contains a lot of unimportant topics/chapters while it is not according to new syllabus as well.

I don't have enough time to consult different books, materials or notes. Without wasting time, what could be a direct and to the point source of preparing Journalism & Mass Communication? What books are good according to new syllabus?

How about JWT book?

you may refer the book of Journalism by Jahangeer World times
it is according to new syllabus
