NEWS AND CURRENT AFFAIRS CHANNEL
ISLAMABAD
In the background of fast moving events around the world, it was felt that the audience needed to be kept informed with the latest events. For this purpose a News and Current Affairs Channel (NCAC) was launched on April 18, 2001. It was the only channel of its kind in Asia.
NCAC IS THE ONLY UNIT BESIDES FM 101, WHICH IS DIGITIZED.
The Channel provides its listeners seven hours of programmes of views on current subjects, through analysis commentaries and discussions, along with regular News Bulletins, Sports News, Business Updates and Stock Market Reports. A network of 11 stations of the PBC carries the NCAC programmes.

Transmission Hours 07 hours daily from 0700 to 0900 hrs. & 1800 to 2300 hrs
