Plz tell me k should i opt journalism or not. Wot is its scoring status? is it easy to prepare and attempt?

Well, Journalism is a scoring subject and its easy to prepare as well. So if you've interest in the subject do opt it, lest go for a subject of your interest or command.

Can u plz also suggest k which subject shud i swap wid Journalism: My optional are:

1-american history
2-C.law
3-sociology
4-geography
5-IR

Luk am doin ma MBBS. so all these subjects are equal for me....lil or no background knowledge........i've to start from the first square. so i want subjects which are highly scoring. Infact HIGHEST scorin.

I personally think so that you shud drop US history and take journalism in its place....

Cuz all the other subjects are quite general and will help u in Essay, Pakistan Affairs, Current Affairs etc in one way or the other.

Although US History is scoring, it wud be a totally new thing for u cuz going thru the history of an alien culture and country is a bit difficult if u don't have access to good books. AND good books about US history are a rarity here in Pakistan.

So drop US History and take Journalism.

some may suggest you to drop C. Law, but don;t do it cuz C. Law and especially Pakistan Constitution will broaden your horizon a lot, although C. Law is a bit extensive and some may even think that it's not as scoring. BUT C.Law is scoring and interesting and intellectually stilmulating if u go through it with full earnest.

thx a lot for the advice. But i have got good books for US history. My chacha has done css abt 5yrs ago and it was one of his optionals n as far as i rememba, he scored well in US history. Still do u think i shud go for journalism...I need the highest scoring subjects.....am ready to put in any amount of effort n hardwork. Plz comment on other subjects as well.

i appered in 2006 and and opted jounalism .it is a very good choice .i will advice u to drop const law and select journalism.const law was easy in the past but now paper is not good and low scoring also .
