Whole Paper to be Solved in Persian in CSS 2015?
The rules for CSS 2015 say :
"The Question Papers in Urdu or other Pakistani regional languages (Punjabi, Sindhi, Pushto and Balochi), Persian and Arabic should be answered in the respective languages unless otherwise directed in the question paper." What I gather from this is that the entire Persian paper will be required to be solved in Persian in CSS 2015. Seniors are requested to shed light on this.Thank you. |
My hunch appears to be confirmed now
The CSS 2014 Rules said :
"The Question Papers in Urdu or other Pakistani regional languages (Punjabi,Sindhi,Pushto, and Balochi) Persian and Arabic should be answered in the respective languages OR IN URDU/ENGLISH unless otherwise directed in the question paper." So it appears to be confirmed that for Persian and Arabic , the whole paper will have to be attempted in Persian and Arabic respectively in CSS 2015, as the CSS 2015 Rules have done away with the option to attempt them in English or Urdu. |
I think it's incorrect interpretation because how you will do translation ?
|
such information is tantamount to sensationalism.
see, every paper has certain directions. of course, 2014 paper contained specific directions that paper should be attempted either in Persian language or in English (and not in Urdu) as it has been the usual routine. there are certain portions which have to be translated in English or Persian.e.g., Poetry. |

Every clause in the rules is for a purpose. In the past, the clause "or in English or Urdu" was there for a purpose. |

FPSC might change the pattern as regards to the translation question. The deletion of the clause "or in English or Urdu" is not without any reason. |

But may be you are misinterpreting the rule... Anyhow CE-2015 will make it clear.... :) Regards, Stay Blessed |
Be careful guys, because FPSC is now following each and every rule quite vigilantly. So, better to confirm about this rule well before exams.
