Professor Rasheed Bukhari Sahab's Perspective on CE 2015 Rules for Persian Paper
This is what Professor Sahab has mentioned on his Facebook page regarding the issue :
"Just few days before my one student inform me about the discussion of new rule of FPSC and showed me a thread of CSS Forum on his Cell. In that thread my one dear student mentioned the new rule of FPSC with the tittle of "Topper": "PERSIAN OR ARABIC SHOULD BE ANSWERED I...N THE RESPECTIVE LANGUAGES UNLESS OTHERWISE DIRECTED IN THE QUESTION PAPER". If it is true then how much it will effect? We can divide all the questions of paper I and II of CSS Persian into two parts: Questions which will not suffer by this rule and Questions which will suffer by this rule. QUESTIONS WHICH WILL NOT SUFFER: Two questions of MCQS (40 marks), Two questions of translation Persian to English or Urdu(40 marks), Make Persian sentences from Verbs or Idioms (10 marks), Two Essays (20+15=35 marks), One question of translation of an English or Urdu paragraph into Persian (15 marks). QUESTIONS WHICH WILL SUFFER: Remaining 3 question of 60 marks can be suffer: Q.2. Of Persian paper I, Write short notes on any TWO of the following in English or Persian(10+10=20 marks). Q.3. Of Persian paper I, Write a detailed note in English or Persian(20 marks). Q.5. Of Persian paper II, Yeki az mataleb-e-zir ra be zabane Inglisi sharh daheed. (20 marks). These 3 questions based on limited topics which you can prepare easily with the help of a teacher who really know Persian language." |
What do you mean by word "Suffer" ?
I personally know teacher in Lahore who teaches Arabic and Persian from base and leads you to a position where you can write your answer in respective language. Once you complete your course, you must be capable enough to write your answer in that particular language. Otherwise don't waste money and time by attending lectures of such money grabbers. |

The perspective of Professor Rasheed Bukhari is commercial. First he convinced us to take Persian because there is a little portion in the paper to attempt in persian language as more paper is to to be attempted in english. Now he is saying the contrary. in fact very pathetic statement by sir.

Aoa, Prof sab has told how many questions can be suffered by dint of changing in the rule and he said as per rule of amendment in the paper of regional languages. The real essence of learning a foreign language lies in that you should be capable enough to write in it. Nobody can read what's going on in the mind of the examiner. He hold very right even to ask to attempt all the questions in Persian. It has nothing to do with merely English and for your own good sake, you must practice in Persian as well. Best of luck and stay blessed always. Profound regards, RMKamran. |
