Default Query about books

Salam Dear All,

I have a query about the Psychology books. I am not in Pakistan and preparing for CSS 2013 as a overseas candidate. After consulting this forum I jotted down some books recommended by worthy CSPs and senior members and I asked my younger brother to send these books for me from Pakistan. The books he has sent me have the same title but with different authors. I am little worried about whether to prepare from these books or not. Do these books cover whole syllabus? Following are the books he has sent:

1-Introduction to Psychology, Seven Edition ( Clifford T. Morgan, Richard A . King, John R. Weisz, John Schopler)
2- Abnormal Psychology (Ann M Kring, Sheri L Johnson, Gerald C.Davison, John M. Neale)
3- Psychology and Life ( Floyd L .Ruch)

Regards,

dear first book is good enough for psychology. whereas i dont think the other two will help u in anyway except the second book about abnormal psychology from which u can cover a few topics of paper two.

if u can arrange then purchase the book of fieldman and spencer rathus. they are very good and are recommened for psychology.

thanks

Thanks lot brother. Could you let me know the exact title of these books which you have just mentioned the authors of. I have to tell somebody in Pakistan to purchase these books for me and knowing merely the authors name might not make it easy for him to buy these books.

Regards,
