Remember one thing in this question i.e presence of certain factors in the organization is natural and presence of the same does not lead to motivation or satisfaction however their non presence leads to dissatisfaction. Similarly there are certain factors the absence of which causes no dissatisfaction but their presence has motivational or satisfaction impacts.. Example: Security, status, salary, personal life, company policy, relationship with sub ordinates, supervisor, growth prospectus, achievements |
