Exclamation psychology 2013 ,scoring trend n news

dear fellows
i have seen lot of discussions about scoring trend of this subject ,so i also tried to confirm frm seniors n old csp fellows and i have cme to conclusion that in 2013 it will be low scoring ,so i suggest it better should be dropped !before its too late
