Describe the significance of learning in life of an individual referring to different theories of learning

Mention all the theories of learning
Classical, operant and cognitive

Give relevant examples of how a person learns through each of them.
Like school performance to REinforcement .
Social restraint to punishment.
Fear of dangerous things to classical conditioning.
