The Cerebrum is the largest part of the brain consisting of the four lobes of the brain. These are the parietal lobe, occipital lobe, frontal lobe, and the temporal lobe. Each lobe carries many different responsibilities. A few of these are as follows: Frontal lobe- reasoning, planning, emotions, speech, and movements. Temporal Lobe- memory, speach, auditory stimuli, and perception and recognition. The parietal lobe-orientation, recognition, stimuli. The Occipital Lobe-visual processing. The Cerebral Cortex is the material filling the grooves seen in brain images. It is responsible for many different senses such as memory, attention, awareness, thought, language, and consciousness. A lot of these movements are associated with the cerebral cortex are voluntary, but not all are. parts of midbrain..... these are medulla oblongata, pones and reticular formation regards

These are not parts of midbrain. The medulla oblongata is the lower half of the brainstem . Cerebrum:
The Cerebrum is part of the fore-brain that includes the cerebral cortex. It is the largest part of the human brain, consisting of the four lobes of the brain. Each lobe carries many different responsibilities : 1.Frontal lobe- reasoning, planning, emotions, speech, and movements 2.Parietal lobe-orientation, recognition, stimuli 3.Occipital lobe-visual processing 4.Temporal lobe-memory, speech, auditory stimuli, and perception and recognition. Cerebral Cortex: The cerebral cortex is the outer outer layer of gray matter in the cerebrum. It consists mainly of neuronal cell bodies and dendrites in humans; associated with higher functions, including language and abstract thought. Midbrain (mesencephalon): The midbrain is located below the cerebral cortex, and above the hindbrain . It comprises :
Inferior colliculi -have an auditory function Superior colliculi-have a visual function
Midbrain tegmentum-forms the floor of the midbrain that surrounds the cerebral aqueduct. Crus cerebri-anterior portion of the cerebral peduncle which contains the motor tracts Substantia nigra-black substance; plays an important role in reward, addiction, and movement.
