Psychology Being Reduced to 100 Marks?
 

I am hearing rumors that Psychology will be reduced from 200 to a 100 marks in the future and this confirmation will be made by the FPSC on 15th July, 2013.

Please provide any information you may have since the Commission is bent on making the lives of the students as miserable as possible through their bureaucratic behavior.

i dont think so.. if FPSC has to, it must had mentioned this thing in CE-14 Syllabus. and if it has to happen, perhaps it won't affect CE-14. suggestion from seniors needed..

[COLOR="Blue"][B]Definitely no such move is going to be made, if they had to do it they would have mentioned in the Annex B of Rules & Regulations for Competitive exam issued on 7th of this month. So far Psychology is of 200 marks and will remain for CE 2014 exam.

Hammad Haider of the Officer's Academy has flouted this claim in the first class for his Psychology session. I have reason to believe that he has well placed sources in the FPSC.

Please advise.

This news has been floating on the forum as well. The previous rumors have turned out to be true (Re-examination, Screening test etc) hence this one might hold ground as well.

this will be unfortunate especially for those who have already prepared Psychology including those who also appeared last year in this subject

Along with Psychology, I heard, there are a couple of more subjects which would be reduced to 100 from 200. Moreover, there might be some structural changes in the groups of optional subjects.

This is exactly my point. We cannot simply disregard information by labelling it as a rumour. I am very sure that there is no link; PLEASE provide any and all information you have regarding this structural change.

The studying needs to start as soon as possible.

till the policy is not announced,it is only rumors.do not pay heed to these news and start preparation as soon as possible keeping in view the trend of psychology.
