Opting Psychology: A million dollar Question !!!!

I had decided to opt it but some of my peers are now suggesting that it is no more attractive as

1) It is a Risky subject now...
2) Its paper pattern has changed dramatically.....
3) Its no more scoring .....
3) If one clears written, one is grilled hard in interviews ...

thus, Opting Psychology makes ones interview also tougher .....

To opt psychology or not ???, is the million dollar question for me ......
Kindly seniors help me out .....

Waiting for kind suggestions & advice ..............

Psychology is a good and scoring subject and most of the aspirant opt it as their optional. All the subjects are risky if you don't have a good command if you have commitment and do hard work so you will have good marks.

All points hold well except the fourth one. There are many other alternatives which you can look for.

Good'luck!

1- Risky, as in?
2- Yes, it has. So one's prep needs to be top-notch
3- Not yet proven
4- No such thing happens in interviews

Go for psychology if you can grasp the fundamentals an are able to relate concepts from various chapters and develop a holistic sense of the subject
