Default DSM -5 Help needed

Would we modify our answers according to DSM-5 in the psychology exam of 2014 ? Please clear this confusion.

Yes because it amounts to a significant change in some areas e-g Anxiety order sub types are modified and PSTD and OBC have found a new place for themselves. Similar is the case with Schizophrenia. So if a questioned is asked on Anxiety Disorders , would we exclude PSTD AND OBC AND ACUTE STRESS DISORDER according to DSM - 5?

Lets see what seniors advise but as I see it, introduction of DSM5, automatically renders DSM4 as outdated. So It seems logical to me to answer keeping in view DSM 5 and also to mention the phrase, 'as per DSM 5'.

Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. 5 means fifth edition.
