Please anyone let me know that what are actually contents of personality tests? i am very much confused about this topic.

Personality Test

Introduction- [/COLOR][/B]
Personality is the particular combination of emotional, attitudinal and behavoural response patterns of an individual.
Personality Test is a questionnaire or other standardized instrument designed to asses and reveal aspects of an individual,s character or psychological make-up.
According to Mark Twain,
" A man,s behaviour can be learned from the adjectives which he uses in conversation "

According to Martin Luther King,
" I look to a day when people will not be judged by the colour of their skin but by the content of their character "

The role and the character of personality becomes obvious in particular situation, personality of an individual is recognized in a particular situation where different attributes of the personality of an individual such as behaviours thoughts, emotions and feelings are called forth by the situation.

Bruce Burton says,
" If you have really to contribute something valuable to the worlds, it will come through the expression of your own personality, that single spark of divinity that sets you off and makes you different from every other living creatures" .

There is a diversity of approaches to personality assessment and controversy surrounds many aspects of the widely used methods and techniques.

Yes knowledge about these tests is imp indeed. Though it is not usually asked to carry out an assessment using data from a given technique. But knowing what are projective personality tests and what which ones are used where, is important

search each topic on the internet only for their short procedures that,s enough to hit the nail, of personality test question,on the head if it raises in exam.
