Default Diff between growth and maturation

can anyone help me with this differences
i have some strong points for growth but lacking in maturation
i have already wasted 1 complete day in this topic ,, seniors please help me out

on page 10 of thread "Psychology revision for Css", i have attempted the question on maturation and development, as you claim to have sufficient points on growth, you can see maturation from there.
