one of my friend got paper 1 52, paper 2 57 n other friend got paper 1 41 paper 2 46..... dat r really terrifying :sad::sad::sad:

My Psychology paper was a complete disaster. :(

Peper checker was not the same person for both papers,i feel so..paper 2 is yielding better score although paper 1 was on camparatively easier side.

Exactly, I was much confident about paper 1 and about paper 2 I said to my friends that I am going to fail in that but see the results 24 (1) and 48 (2).
It is like [B]24 * 2 = 48 [/B]:dd

Really? That's awesome. Congratulations for getting some really good marks there, mashaAllah. I shall appear in CSS 2014 exams inshaAllah and I've selected psychology as one of my elective subjects. Could you please share your study strategy? Could you please list down some important topics for paper A and paper B? I am primarily preparing from books of mrs shehrbano.

Because paper setter take a new turn by asking unexpected questions while less considering repeated topics. If one has prepared each and every topic that subject would never be disastrous for them.

It gives a clear manifestation how good fpsc is at playing underhand games with candidates by favouring some subjects & doing contrary with others. Who knows what combination will have fpsc blessing in CE 2014. This probably makes CSS more of a gamble than a career path.[/COLOR][/COLOR][/CENTER][/LEFT][/RIGHT][/CENTER][/B]

though i was topper of psychology in my academy yet i am dissatisfied with my disastrous performance.I should have scored 150 plus being a student of medical with co selection of sociology that gives a slight edge.
the examiner and paper setter have moved from primitive cramming based exam to new and revised analytical approach that require personal experiences to be reflected in the paper.

Shehr Bano plus VU lectures.

There are more than 10,000 students who failed in CSS 2013 written exam and only handful of those have mentioned their marks of Psychology. On this basis we can't generalize that it is due to FPSC. Even on this thread, different people have mentioned that they have studied for 1 day, 1 week or 1 month. Those who have studied thoroughly might have got good marks.
