How about Psychology by David G Myers? I think it is highly recommended and might be better than Weiten and Feldman.
Dear meyers is a very influential Psychologist and book is also very well written. But point is you have to cover syllabus from any book, provided that is not a substandard one. Select any book which you feel easy to understand. And go ahead. Time is running out.
Good luck. Kiran

Yea dear if you have a lengthy question, like explain personality tests in detail... 20marks.
Then MBTI and Traits measurement test like Big5 should be explained

Thanks a lot Kiran.. But I am a bit confused with choosing between Feldman/Weiten/Myers.. Which one do you think is the best among these three? For some reason I don't like Weiten's book a lot and I feel like going for Myers' book but then Feldman's book is short and would save me a lot of time. So what is your opinion on this?
Regards

Go for Feldman, brother.

You shouldn't think twice in making this decision.

Now I can confidently say after reading the book that one of the first things I would want to do when I travel to US is to meet Robert Feldman. :p

But remember, it it not necessary that reading the book itself - be it Feldman or Weiten- will give you an edge over others. The paper attempting techniques matter a lot!

I just made my mind to go for David Myers' book but then I saw this post so I'm confused again..

The thing with Myers is that his wordings and explanations along with examples are really nice.

Dear you got notes made by Arsala for NOA academy? They are just fine. But don't just rely on notes. Secondly Sherbano's book is good for basic concepts. If you look at the list of books recommended by FPSC, not even a single book of local author is suggested. So please try to get any other book.
If you want to secure good marks then go for some other book. For average marks you can rely on Sherbano

In those questions, which demand to explain Piaget's Theory, what does it means that should we explain just steps of theory or should add our own analysis too.

And thanks for starting this thread

Dear a very important part in exam is to understand and comprehend the question and then responding it accordingly. For Example if the Questions are like
1.Explain Piaget Theory
And
2.Critically analyze Piaget theory.
Both questions need different answers.
In Q1. You just have to explain the theory, the way it is.
In Q2. You have to present analysis.
And it goes for every paper. Understand what is being demanded in the paper. I hope its a bit understood now.
And you are welcome anytime :-)
