I read these topics in
Introduction to Psychology
by
James W. Kalat
in this book all topics are concise and easy to understand
visit nearest public library you will find this book.

Any other alternative to get these topics ?

For all therapies consult Rakhshanda Shahnaz's Psychology book (Part II) & even its Urdu version is also available.

Mayer's book is really of big succour to cover all the topics mentioned in the post #1.
