Dear brother, if you are appearing in CE-2015 then you should refer top 20 plus book by shehar bano. If you are appearing after that go for Feldman's book. |
i am appearing in 2015 attempt and i want a concise study not time consuming

zubair i am not a senior but i will give you the advice i myself am following, i am in the same situation as you but i still prefer to follow Feldmans book because it gives you a better understanding and equips you better to handle a conceptual paper. As far as the time is concerned 11 chapters from Feldmans book will cover most of the syallabus for both papers (excluding Industrial and Criminal psychology), you can easily cover 11 chapters in 11 days and then go for exam cram...you are your own best judge

Fahad bro I saw another post of yours somewhere in what you mentioned that the following Chapters in Feldman's book are to be prepared: 1,3,4,6,9,10,12,13,15,16 and 17. Are you absolutely sure that we have to cover these chapters only? I had a look myself and I think you are right. But I'm still not sure about it. How could they not include Memory and Consciousness in the syllabus. |

Cover Industrial and criminal psychology from any other book. |
Add chapter 2 to cover question asked in paper 2 about methods to study.
Cover Industrial and criminal psychology from any other book.
Thanks a lot bro.. I am also considering David Myers' book.. Do you think we can skip the below chapters in David Myers' book? Chapter 3: Conciousness & the Two-Track Mind Chapter 4: Nature, Nurture and Human Diversity Chapter 8: Memory Chapter 9: Thinking & Language Chapter 12: Emotions, Stress and Health Thanks |
I cant say for sure if the mentioned chapters cover 100 % of the course but keeping the choice in mind I feel with good preparation you will be able to attempt the paper

Thanks a lot fahad87. I have selected the chapters from Myers' book and I will skip the following only: Chapter 3: Consciousness and the Two-Track Mind Chapter 8: Memory Chapter 9: Thinking and Language The rest is more or less, part of the syllabus and I think it should cover about 90% of it. |
