help i am begginer

Sir is it good to opt psychology if someone has the background of eng.
And how much duration it takes to cover completely with details including how much hours per day...
That will be honourable if someone ans me.

Yes, in fact it will be suited quite well to your aptitude. It is a very interesting subject. It depends on every person but generally with about 3-4 hr daily study, you can easily cover the course in around 40-45 days. With a fast track approach, people cover it in 20 days even.

No problem bro.. Since you are from Balochistan, I will help you even more :)

Thing is, 9-10 hrs is good if you have stamina, but according to my experience and understanding, you can only have max concentration for about 50-90 mins. After that, it becomes useless, so I would suggest you to take many breaks in between. But yes, if you are free, then you can study in short spans the whole day. Another thing is to take a day's break after 2-3 days of study because you need to get fresh and not frustrated.

It does not need lectures at all, it is a very simple course. Just make sure to read from good books:

-Psychology by David Myers (I use this and like it a lot). If you are willing, get the pdf book printed in colour through an ink printer and bind it, you will enjoy it a lot.
-Themes and Variations by Weiten (Not my taste)
-Understanding Psychology by Feldman (Shorter than Myers' book)
-Jehangir's Top 20 Questions in Psychology (Ali and Amina), but this is an extreme short cut and I would not recommend it unless needed.

Other optionals, well it depends on your aptitude.. Look for subjects that are interesting to you. But be careful e.g Physics is very interesting but not a good selection as it is not scoring and very hard. I think Psychology, Geography, Sociology, Journalism, US History, Pashto/Balochi, Forestry, Business/Public Administration and Indo-Pak History are good subjects generally selected by people.

Cssforum is the best guide for you, try to browse all the important threads and discussions. Check the past papers of all the optional subjects that interest you and then check their syllabi. It will be much easy then.
