If one has studied subjective portion well, most of the preparation for objective part is done. However, you may read 'Punjabi Rang' published by JBD Publishers specifically for objective part. It should be more than enough.

One may obtain 12-15 easily in objective part. If you prepare well and study the above mentioned book for mcqs, its very likely that you may obtain 18-20.
Do solve mcqs of past papers also.
