I wonder whether overall score is not that high or aspirants are individually responsible for it ?:o 60-70 has been an average score in Punjabi.

I think its due to fpsc policy to award minimum possible marks.Gone r those days when 80+ was an average score.

I m confused about opting punjabi for CE-2016.....can I opt it and can it fetch me marks????
