Dear, of course, you have to solve that in Pashto. Have you any experience of solving an Urdu paper in English or that of any other literature? Come on! use your common sense and try to read out CSS Syllabus before going after the exam. Your question was so rudimentary that I couldn't resist to respond you in the manner I did.
