First of all do not read local authors' books. Only read some good book of English writers like Horton and Hunt.
Secondly, try to develop sense of sociology. Do not write in desi language.
Give references, examples from various researches.
Paper presentation also matters a lot.
Give references of famous researches on various topics by top sociologists.

But most important is the first point. Use some goof English writer book.
