Study Plan is actually an in-depth analysis of Past papers of the subject. Based on these, the subject has been divided into areas which are recurring and most important from the examination point of view. Thus, if you keep this Study Plan before you, it may obviate the need for referring to subjective part of the past papers as it contains all questions from 2000 onwards.

I want reiterate that its my own analysis and it has so far proved very helpful in my preparation. Hence, the only purpose behind sharing them is helping other aspirants.

Here is the Study Plan of Sociology.
Salam RedMax!
Hope you are fine, thanks alotttttttttttttt for your nice guidance about Sociology, I have never studied this subject but I want to opt it for CSS 2013,in your posts and replies, you have mentioned many books of it, Kindly help me which book should I study? some says Horton n Hunt is Best(but its hectic too n didnt cover entire syllabus), some says Javed Jiskani is Best one to study...
Since Time is very short, so i am confused which book should i study??? and since this subject involves "more cramming", thats why i have difficulty in memorizing it.
Kindly also guide me, Is this high-scoring subject for css2013?? can i opt it?
Pleasssssssssseeeeeeeee Redmax, Help me regarding this subject...
Waiting for your generous help...

Walekum Salam,
I'm sorry but I can't name a single book which may cover entire syllabus.
Still, if you're looking for a shortcut, Abdul Hameed Taga's book may help you cover most of the topics. You'll just have to add relevant examples/case studies/statistics from Pakistani society to give more weight-age to your answers. This you can do by sorting out relevant news items in the daily paper or some good journal or even internet as a last resort.

My prediction about scoring value of this subject in 2013 would be as good as yours. So, decide it by yourself.

Good Luck!

Regards,

sir i am unable to differentiate between these topics.so kindly help me.
In order to understand this difference, you must first understand the concept of Socialization. In simple terms, Socialization is the process whereby one learns to play his role in the society. It's a very broad term and it includes in itself elements such as norms, values, language etc.

Now, where a person completely adheres to elements of socialization and shows total compliance, the socialization he underwent is termed as Successful Socialization. If he doesn't comply and shows certain changes in his norms, values, language etc, it would be called incomplete/unsuccessful socialization.

I hope it answers the question.

For preparing objective portion, solve the past papers of min. 15 years. This you can do only when you have thoroughly studied the subject.
