There is a book named "An Introduction to Sociology" by Javed Jiskani, which is exclusively for CSS aspirants. Read Taga for understanding basic concepts while Jiskani's book will help you in structuring your questions. Its brief as compared to Taga, Horton and Hunt or Iqbal Chaudry's versions.

m doin my prep 4m taga majorly n i do read topics 4m iqbal ch. as well z it enof z it necessary 2 read jaskani buk ....i do gv a look 2 topics in shankar rao as well z dat eno4 plzz guide....

Sayira .. Reading without writing is nothing ..

Sayira its good you have read 2 books..Now go through the past years papers..See are you able to solve questions related to topic you have read..If not then go through Jaskani or whatever book you like..

I have read the book of Alex thio and shankar rao but they are not related with pakistani scociety which in exams point of view is important so kindly tell me any book which is related to pakistani society

I found the book of Sociology by Horton & Hunt helpful in this subject, which covers all Syllabus except Social problems of Pakistan. I hope it helps.
