help Socialogy best book
 

:unsure: plz i need suggestion of only ppl who have cleared css/written paper with socialogy subject... i've baught one book of CN Shankar Rao n my teachers suggested for another of IAN Robertson... but thats not available in Multan.... so can you plz suggest a/two books which can cover topics remaining from CN Shankar

Iam not a qualifier and have not given any attempt so far. However, i have studied sociology for css and have opted it as one of my optionals. The qualifiers who selected this subject as their optional suggested me to study sociology from two books and both of the books are more than enough. the books suggested by them were 'Introduction to sociology by Javed Soohanro' and 'The introduction to sociology by Abdul Hameed Taga'. Besides, it is suggested that one should keep oneself in touch with dawn articles published on sociological perspective because the paper pattern has changed drastically and the papers are now demanding general approach of the candidates getting on with the subject. It is worth mentioning that after reading the mentioned books, one can easily solve the past papers..

Sociology by Horton hunt and shankar rao will make nice combination....

However, there are plenty of books to make library....
