The best book and comprehensive book for sociology is:

I second ALI MALLAH tagga is the best book for css , and yes this book covers whole syllabus in best way the only thing you have need is to update few figures in the book and you have to simply google them
Business admin is scoring subject but lengthiest subject , if you have business background and recently studied all parts of the subject then opt it other wise go with public administration stay blessed

Then go for Public Admin instead of Business Admin , its the wise decision keeping in view the situation.

Then you can consider other scoring subjects like sociology and Journalism.
Please note that you should not go after the subjects which are scoring but seem difficult to you, final decision rests with you.
