1st of all you need to have book of sociology by Abdul Hameed Taga.
Then You need to cover basic terminology and concepts in sociology.
Cover following things specially:

Sociological Theories,
Methods of Sociological Research
Culture
Norms and Values
Social Institutions
Methods of socialization,
social classes: Biradaris, Castes, Classes and Feudal system
Social Problems in Pakistan

Ali has guided you well but I would like to contribute as well.

First, don't wish for just 'passing marks'.At least your goal should be to get very good marks.
  • See the syllabus and past papers.
  • Read the topics one by one.
  • Clear your concept rather than cramming.
  • Make your own notes whether lengthy one or in bullet points.
  • Write down examples from Pakistani society.
  • Practice a few questions from past papers if you get enough time.

It would be better if you read any Western or Indian author.. I have read the book by Abdul Hameed Taga, and I found it a cliché of foreign authors.. I won't suggest the first author.. I haven't read the other two, so, we will have to see what other dear members suggest..
