the paper a of 2014 was mostly set from mankiw's micro and macroeconomics books. concept like keynesian cross, ad as analysis, is lm anlaysis, are now studies by the new methods produced by mankiw in his books. even the numerical regarding banking was taken from maniw's book. ihave both the books available in pdf format. i also have chiang's mathematical economics in pdf which will help you mathematical formulation of certain microeconomic concepts.

if anyone wants these books in pdf format, my email address is in my profile. but must get your own hard copies. regards
