Diplomatic stance
Examiner point of view one should be diplomatic in his answer nd try to be realistic approach in this qs we have to define the bureacutic advantages and disadvatages with examples .......so just re read max weber burearucatic appraoch from two to three books and crictism as well and formulate ur answer in ur way ... but keep one thing in mind while answering that we do not knw whether eaminer is in favour of the subject matter or in against so try to formulate ur ans in diplomatic way ....hope the answer of the q is done

In 2010 paper, there is a question about HRM Model. it seems that examiner is inquiring about single model but theoretically, there are 4 models based on hard and soft HRM approaches. Question is that examiner is asking about which model??
