i have selected IR,IL,US HISTORY,ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES,PSYCHOLOGY
I have done BS biotechnology. Kindly tell me is this the right selection of subjects?

Very good choice. They all are highly scoring subjects except IR. However, IR will be helpful in Pakistan affairs, Current affairs, US history and IL. So, its a reasonable choice. All these subjects are also beginner friendly. So, if you don't have background in these subjects still you can manage them. IL might need a bit more focus than others.

kindly suggest me books for these subjects
caravan books are helpful or not?

I don't think carvan books would be very helpful. You can use the following books.

International relations: Joshua Goldstein and Prakash Chandar books. Remaining topics from internet.

Psychology: Introduction to psychology by Feldman and JWT book for remaining topics.

History of USA: Book by Majmudar and AP US history book or JWT book for more recent topics.

I only know about these 3 optional because they overlap with mine. Hopefully, following respondents will suggest book for remaining optional.
