Dark green leafy vegetables
Vegetables. Many studies have shown that vitamin E plays an important role in protecting the body from inflammatory molecules called cytokines. And one of the richest sources of this vitamin is dark green vegetables, such as spinach, kale, broccoli. Dark green vegetables and cruciferous vegetables contain many vitamins and minerals such as calcium and iron. More than vegetables with bright leaves help fight inflammation.
Tomatoes, anti-inflammatory vegetables
Tomatoes are also a vegetable that helps fight inflammation in some people.

Red tomatoes are particularly rich in lycopene. A substance that has been shown to reduce inflammation in the lungs as well as throughout the body. Cooked tomatoes contain even more lycopene than fresh tomatoes. Therefore, ketchup is also very effective. In addition, a 2012 Iranian study showed that tomato juice is also very good.

Anti-inflammatory Strawberry/Raspberry
All fruits have anti-inflammatory properties because they are low in fat, calories and high in antioxidants. Especially raspberries have powerful anti-inflammatory effects thanks to anthocyanins. Chemicals are considered to give this fruit its rich color. Science shows that red raspberry juice helps prevent arthritis. Soybeans help fight inflammation
A few studies have demonstrated that isoflavones. An estrogen-like substance found in soy products may reduce inflammation in women. An animal study published in the Journal of Inflammation (a journal specializing in inflammation) . 2007 also showed the ability of isofalavones to reduce the negative effects of inflammation .

Soybean processed products should be limited, which is often added with additives and preservatives. Instead, add milk, tofu, boiled tofu to your regular diet.

Garlic and Onions
Onions have sulfur-containing compounds. That's what gives onions its pungent smell, but it's a very good health-promoting compound. Onions are used to inhibit inflammation, lower cholesterol and prevent cancer. Spices like garlic, leeks, and chives also have these uses.
