1. Discuss Hadith as a source of Islamic Law.

2. Some scholars contend that the Shriah has been influenced by Roman law while others deny any such influence. Discuss.

3. “Necessity renders prohibited things permissible”. Discuss this maxim with reference to the principles of Islamic Jurisprudence.

4. What are the salient features of Islamic Law of Evidence? Discuss briefly.

5. What is meant by Acknowledge of Legitimacy? Explain the conditions of a valid acknowledge.

6. Write short notes on any TWO of the followings:
(i) Gift of Mushaa
(ii) Sihah-e-Sittah
(iii) Qualifications of a Qazi
(iv) Dar-ul-Islam & Dar-ul-Harb

7. Define Pre-Emption. Who may claim Pre-Emption?
