i discussed human resource in the context of our brains, youth, cheap labour, and national ability to troubleshoot miscallenous constraints confronting our nation. i quoted iqbal
"zara nam ho to yeh mitti bohot zurkhaiz hai saaqi".

our people working abroad, our talent at the grass-root level. and the wastage of our children in the messy stuff of child labour.
Owing to the ill management , we are wasting the above mentioned human resource. once the mass 'I.Q' is utilized properly, the misery of our nation will vanish. if we ignore this arena of natural resources, all other resources of our nation would be futile.
