you are right correct answer is "D"
if you see self-concept in regard of development then congruence is on parent's unconditional love
but of u are talking of self-concept only its role models personal, social etc
self-concept ,congruence and incongruence, development of self-concept have different use in rogers theory
answer is d because from where it is taken there it is also d
my concepts are clear sir and i already mentioned above that my answers are according to my study and in no way final and applicable to others

q,20 answer is also 'd'
'a' and 'b' both are correct

How can 20 be d ?
prejudices develop from time to time , we can built new prejudices and also carry on the old one so it will contradict with the word background !! and cultural word is also somewhat inappropriate because prejudices cannot be based only on cultural , they can be social , economical !!.....
