Dear as i said earlier that my selection was also TABLE but when i searched it on internet then it just dumbfounded me that the correct option is RECORD........ Yes Record is the right Option..
Table is Logical unit of Work ..and Collection of tuples and fields ..
e.g

Name Age Address -> are the fields
