Comprehensive , but don't you think that your whole outline revolves around Pakistani perspective . It addresses the topic " gender equality a myth in Pakistan " ? I'm of the opinion and I can be wrong too that essay demanded a global touch too . Few examples from the global perspective would have made it more attractive . Waiting to listen your views , dear ,

Nice "question"
FPSC asks 2500 to 3500 words for 100 marks, so one should try to write at-least 1800 words to elaborate the topic. Yet there is no defined criteria for marking though it is asked by FPSC: "Make sure you use different forms of discourse e.g. exposition, argumentation, description and narration. Credit will be given for organization, relevance and clarity".
There is no division of marks between outlines and essay. It depends upon examiner how he handles the paper some may be fascinated by outlines other may lay emphasis on arguments, all what we can do is to give our best in both areas.

At first glance it might appears that it was written in Pakistani perspective but while elaborating those points I took every care to generalized the concept.

*Man is a selfish animal.
-Wars and bloodshed.

*Purpose of education
- Formation of self-identity and personal truth.
- Formation of the national truth.

*What is truth?
- Truth from a socio-cultural perspective as enunciated by Hegel and Marx.
- Truth is relative to the nation-states --> National interest.
- Personal truth --> beliefs, attitudes.

*A Note on how truth has been formed by Kingdoms, Empires and now the nation-states; Education as a tool, along with the media, for forming their respective truths in order to survive in the world order.

*Conclusion
- True education begins at home.
- Importance of education.
- Education must inculcate critical thinking.

Default not economy but politics is a key to success

dosto i have given outline more or less as salemani given . my main focus was on politics rather economy . outline took 2 and half pages like first half page and other two . intro and conclusion was comparatively eye catchy . some1 told me not to mention quotation in the essay otherwise i remember many quotes regarding politics by nelson mandela .
pray for me dosto
