It is not compulsory but it is really important.Examiner gets an idea about the flow and coherence of your essay and it becomes pretty easy for a person to compose 2000 to 2500 words. so make outline..!!

8. Conclusion (My conclusion started like this: Ideally speaking, gender equality has failed to takes its place as reality. However, it can be converted into a reality by following these steps. Then I emphasized on the important remedies. Moreover, I gave a wonderful quote of THE QUIDE quotes on role of women in advancement of the country.)
In last paragraphs I made few cuttings and had to cut first line of conclusion and rewrite it. Kindly comment candidly.

you are right...
its not purely based on co-education...it is based on specific fields for men and women....
it can be treated as gender discrimination....

it is blend of co-education.....gender discrimination... area of expertise....
