Formal and ideological are two elements of culture. Both features have a connection with social structure and are only altered by change in social structure.that’s why cultural and social problems are discussed together.Actually these troubles arose from imperialist-Colonialist societies.Former European imperialism mixed with Asia, Africa, and America between the sixteenth and nineteenth centuries.some of them had feudal societies others had tribal societies.feudal system rather having technogly and noetic touch in it, was limited to rusted culture, however, tribal system had rational approach to some extent.later Colonialist – imperialist domination emphasized on separation by vertical and horizontal division among tribal and national groups.this is the pertaining social and cultural structure which passed across the newly liberated countries.

Kindly check the precis I have made of the given paragraph.

Social and Cultural Issues – Path of Societal progress
The issues of human norms and traditions cannot be addressed without understanding the prominent issues of society’s financial stability and political Independence and their mutual connection. On a bigger picture there is a pivotal need to fix these problems with the introduction of advanced traditions so that the growth process cannot be sabotaged. In the past, societies could not progress in social and traditional context because of minimal political freedom therefore only a specific class took advantage of cultural excellence despite the presence of think tanks; progressive cultural values were not transferred to the general public. The public was kept busy into religious and racism fight in their own areas so that they cannot concentrate on societal norms which pave the path for progressive society.

Default Seniors, Please Check my Precis

Culture is divided into, external (formal) aspect and internal (ideological) aspect. They are inherent components of social structure. Social structure is influenced by these aspects and vice versa. Due to this reason social and cultural problems cannot be overcomed while isolated to each other. Underdeveloped countries face cultural problems because their socio-cultural growth was halted and arrested by colonialist, until their political independence. These countries were divided between Feudal and Tribal societies, and whatever excellence and intellect they had was restricted to feudal elites and these countries were constantly engaged in conflicts with other countries. When colonialist arrived they alleviated the duality in their social structure both at intra and inter level and upon their independence these countries inherited this social structure
