My mind was stuck when the invigilator had given the paper to me.
It has now proven that CSS preparation needs general reading books and expert in English writing expression. |

In CE 2012 a candidate sitting behind me said one thing about sociology paper " uff ajj k paper nay demagh ka juice nikal dia "
About the syllabus i may add one thing , One must know at least every thing which falls in the category of sociology and relating to social science. Dear , In the offing optional paper is started difficult (journalism) , second paper was more tough than journalism . Fpsc have vowed not to announce result more than 1.5 percent every year .

Syllabus is there to guide people about the basics, other than that, the actual attempt only uses the theories as point of reference and requires diverse knowledge about the subject. At least 70%. Thats why options are there. And thats why you are supposed to have a problem solving approach for CSS. And as far as i remember, there were like 12 books recommended for every subject in the FPSC guide. You sure that you read everyone of those? And that too were expressly written as guiding literature. I never said my exam was extra ordinary, i missed a lot of things. But i know what it stands for, at least.

BEST PAPER EVER, for a subject like sociology!
It seemed like the focus was on screening our moral sense. FPSC is highly concerned about Education topic and Media this time. Sent from my GT-S5360 using Tapatalk 2 |

Drop this subject. I read Horton and Taga back to back and didn't find attribution theory or trained incapacity in them. 'Mind construction' was also a term borrowed from pseudo-science books like Meditation and its benefits. That means your choice is limited only to the questions you actually UNderstand like Education as a factor and social media!
