Mcqs were from Catharsis theory, Spiral of Science theory, Hypodermic syringe theory, Dependency theory, Cultivation theory, Agenda setting theory, Uses & Gratifications theory, Two-flow communication model.

There were one or two more theories, too. Dont remember their names.

No brother, there is not any single book that covers the whole paper of 2015. Reason for this is the addition of current affairs in journalism, or more appropriately, the addition of applied journalism can be seen in this paper. So stay in touch with current news, watch meaningful talk shows, and read opinions of different newspapers.
