when you write a precise you have to use the third person .i.e 'one' has to go through the rules of precise before attempting it on the exam day.
"one" did read the rules.
From where "one" read the rules. It was written to keep the original tone.
"One" isn't as stupid as you think.
And "one" didn't like your nasty comment one bit

In my hall, all the learnt ones used the personal pronouns. I myself am of the opinion that one should use personal pronouns for the sake of clarity. You know it would look hilarious when one would write: the writer wanted to go for a tour. The writer's friend suggested him to go to Cherokee and the writer agreed. Lolz

Why there is such a level of ambiguity,Have you read the precise carefully?
At the very beginning the writer has told he made a trip to Cherokee along with his friend john.
That's simple instead of I,he ,one and blah blah you can use "they".
And I don't think that examiner would be a lame duck of such a kind as to deduct your marks on the basis of just this controversy.
I hope you people have got it what I mean.

No, Ursula, the problem is not I and we or they.
It is I, we, they vs The author, the writer

Han,what!
As we haven't visited, so logic of I we is wrong, because examiner will read it as the student is exploring his journey.
Refer to "author" ,than read the passage which tell you that he was accompanied by his friend and at the very start of next paragraph he (the author) has mentioned "we".
:))
