  4. on the other hand pakistan at the expense of saudi led coalition will be able to bring talibans on table of negitiations
  5. thereby will be able to keep an eye on indian intrests through proxy wars
  6. hence will be able to make strategic influnce in region
  7. beside able to maintain balance of power in south asia against indian war mongering

The federation element in USA is not national power but national integrity or say fusion of ethnic identities into a national identity that then contributes positively towards the national power.

However the balkan states are an illustrious example of weak national power.

They were strong and there is no distinction that only national power has the capacity to make different ethnolinguistic units together.By loosing the spirit of nationalism ,ussr disintegrated as well as Yugo perished away from planet earth.
I hope you can pinpoint more.

As far Alliance question is concerned previously i read about its implications in Dawn news i forget writers name but his articles always published on Sunday in Dawn news. Trying to be neutral i first discuss its sectarian aspect, its linking with extremism and terrorism and its implication on Operation zarb i azb. Then on positive side i discuss Pakistan can play role in lessening tensions between Iran and saudia, then i gave example of successful partnership between saudia and Pakistan in defeating Al Qaeda how they can by forming alliance can defeat common threats in region ( middle east). I started my question with introduction then headings and sub headings and at the end with conclusion.
Time management was main issue in IR paper there were lots of things to write and within limited time frame. Now result will reveal lots of Hidden facts :-)

Do tell me the meaning of federation first?
Than what is the difference between national integrity and national power?
kindly read "National Patriotism act" as proposed by Bush.

Now in true sense you've deviated from the topic, which is demanded.
For example, yahan India Walt story to bilkul nhy Katy.
Afghanistan kahan se tapak pra?
Taliban k lye nhy ye anti Isis led coalition he.
Do you know freedom fighters of USA in Syria or simply called "moderate rebels" are alqaeda members.
