The question amalgamates the economic policy of free market system into sociology. Culture must operate freely by the society and the change must also be decided by the society itself. Only then, a positive and a true culture may emerge.

In case of Pakistan, the state has often tried to maneuver the culture of the society which has resulted in disintegration of the society. Objective resolution by Liaqat Ali khan inculcated spirit of Islamism among the masses, Zia's radicalism inculcated radical ideologies, Bhutto secularism and Socialism and Musharraf's Modernism promoted secularism and modernism respectively. The state has promoted 4 opposing cultures time by time. Consequently, the society has disintegrated and is on the verge of a serious clash.

The example of Turkey in this regard is notable. Turkey only propagated one culture i.e Liberalism and they stick to it.

The Idiot, senseless, egoistic and BC politicians of Pakistan tried to propagate their own ideas in the society neglecting the then present National attributes. Now the fight is inevitable between the secular, liberals, mullahs, and mullah plus because of their difference in social goals. This fight was basically a fight of ideas between liaqat ali khan, zia, bhutto and Musharraf but the regimes introduced it in the society through their cultural policies.

The solution can well be explained by the old age dictum-'hun gannay chuppo'
