2. Elements of controversy
a. Outrage of public opinion
b. Financial embezzlement
c. Concealing of truth
d. Violation of values and norms
e. Betrayal of duty
f. ...
3. Benefits of non-conformism
a. Self-assurity
b. Protection of minorities
c. Unleashing of truth
d. Prevents herd mentality
4. Negative effects of controversy
a. Society is disrupted
b. Resources must be used to settle controversy
c. Media sensationalism

a. Courts
b. Out of court settlements
c. International courts
6. Striking balance between controversy and non-conformity
7. Conclusion
Out of all the essays, your essay is good in technical treatment. The outline is well organized and self explanatory. But you committed the mistake of deviating from the thesis. You should have taken one stance (as you did in the thesis) and stuck to it. If examiner does not get offended by that, you can make it. And point number 2 is irrelevant. Let's hope it gets ignored.

Default Seniors please evaluate my stance and arguments.

Life is no life without controversy. But why one should not choose safe havens of conformism.

Introduction:
Controversy means Disagreement, Conflict, Difference of opinion. Conformism is derived from conformity which means obedience and acceptance of social norms and values. Interpretation, Implications and Importance. Thesis: There should be a balance between the two.

Philosophical arguments:
1. Total conformity ->Boredom and monotony. Controversy -> Vibrance and spice of life.
2. Conformism saves one from criticism and punishment but leads to lack of personal opinion.-> Man is a rational animal. -> Needs to have Opinions -> Buys others' beliefs -> Xenocentrism (Pakistanis accept capitalism, democracy and whatever originates in the west without seeing if it suits us). Disagreement leads to criticism-> debate -> formation of opinions ->indigenous culture.
Examples
1. Sir Syed: Conformist towards British, Controversial for the prevailing environment among Muslims; created a balance on realistic lines; emancipated his nation.
2. Quaid-e-Azam: Conformist as in he didn't invoke civil disobedience movements. Controversial since he challenged status quo; used a realistic approach in creating a balance between the two. Hence carved a country.
3. Martin Luther King: Conformist as in he used peaceful protests. Controversial since he challenged the status quo. Created a balance on realistic lines according to the situation -> Emancipated his race.
4. Nelson Mandela: Same

Counter Argument:
For times of peace, conformism sounds better. However, vested interest groups manipulate masses. Room for improvement doesn't end. There should be disagreement to generate new ideas.

Conclusion: Balance between the two. Inclination towards controversy. (The entire write-up reflected the same)

Please comment if I'll pass this one

Impressive! seems pretty promising. Did you have this prepared before hand or did you sort it out on the spot?
Looks like you have an economics background in the formal studies

Thank you for such a motivational compliment!

Actually, I attempted the essay on globalization in 2016 and passed the exam. Beside that, I have thoroughly read 'Why Nations Fail' by Daron Acemoglu which proved helpful in understanding the role of capitalism and socialism in national and global perspective. I am an Engineer by education and profession.
