The two lengthy examples in precis about polititions and sectorial persons. Was there any need to have been quoted in brief. Bcz they comprised of supporting data towards gist of prose and without it, I guess, precis was very small and unsupportive to claim made in prose.

What do you people think...?

Actually, the author says that devils hate laziness, and they are always up and doing. But the problem is that they don't know what to do and when to do. In simple words, the author wants to say: '' jaldi ka kam shaitan ka'', which can be translated into English as:
''Haste makes waste.''
