I didn't attempt this one but I think it relates to planting of colonies, some references to New England confederation to fight Indians, Impact on Indians, Struggle between France, England, Dutch,Swedish for control of USA. Something like this. (But only mentioning planting of colonies might be enough as well. Now explaining here I could think of all these they didn't came to my mind during paper)

Naveed Bhutto will better define it, paper is pretty good. My sixth sense was telling me that the question related to recent elections would certainly be a part of question paper and it came to be true. Though perspective is a bit different, but doable.

Naveed Sain, would you please share your expert advise and analysis for the paper
If you could make outlines of answers, would be obliged, since you always play pivotal role in guiding us.

The perspective does relate to recent elections. Donald trump couldn't secure the popular vote but still got elected as president. That was the flaw in the election system that was required. (I didn't attempt this one either since I didn't know how to correct the flaw.

Q.7 Examine the merits and demerits of US election system to elect President

+US election system

-electorate votes
-popular votes
-direct presidential elections
-two party system
-ideological transactions

+merits of US elections to elect President

-US president is the world's president
-Republican's transactions
-Son of the soil, "White man"
-Constitutional reformations
-Constructing Mexican wall
-New world order

+demerits of US elections to elect Donal Trump

-End of Globalization
-Racism, discrimnations btw white & black man
-Decline of democrates
-Russian hands in rigging (BBC report)
-Ban on 7 Muslim countries
-Anti-Muslim sentiments
-Modi ka yar (A big loophole)
-Media hype

+My analysis
-I love Donal Trump, because he is very funny. He is an actor, joker, werestler, businessman and above all he looks like Indian movie hero Goivinda. That is why I like him. His way of speaking is very convencing, though his anti-Muslim sentiments disliked by across the world & making him notorious president of the world.

Naveed Bhutto please assess my answer

Dear Greatboat,
I think merits and demerits was a general question relating to US presidential elections. Your answer is focusing on 2016 US Presidential elections.
According to my understanding Mexican wall, Russian rigging, globalization is not relevant to the question.
Merits are electoral college, proportional representation, presidential debates, primary elections etc.
