It should not be opted by those who are good at solving opinion-based questions and cannot retain the crammed material thats what I learnt in this paper. I may not be opting it for my second attempt. |

If you ask me about the nature of this paper? I would say that this is the most plain, easy to tackle and simple paper I've ever came acrossed with. Anyways, it depends more upon the level of prepared (of an aspirant) rather than the nature of a question paper making it a difficult or easy........ Good luck!

Satisfied!
This is how an exam should be. That is, testing your in-depth knowledge and understanding of the subject. I'm satisfied that I attempted this paper, even though I may not expect good marks.
This is my opinion only. I feel I have tested myself out in foreign lands with this subject for the first time in CSS in 2017. |

Brother, paper of international law was easy as usual. Three questions were as expected i.e. nature of IL, treaties and sources of IL. Also, the questions like collective security, place of individual in IL are very common topics of IL. And all these topics were included in question paper of CE-2017.

yes it is easy paper but he asked some of question not asked in straight forward way like about security role and good offices. It is written in article of security council that you first of all solved their issues by good offices, meditation ,judical settlement then consult to security council so he asked question from this article that how we reduced influence of security council. if any one read book who solved this question easily. Before this question asked in straight forward way.

Paper was more critical and contemporary unlike previous papers which were more easy to handle and orthodox.
