As per my knowledge, it was Hazrat Aisha (R.A.). She came into Nikkah of Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H.) after Hazrat Khadija (R.A). However, her Rukhsati was done after few years.

No, Hazrat Aisha was not last wife of Holy Prophet. He got married to both of them in a same year. Some sources say that marriage with both happened around the same time. Some says Aisha was 2nd wife and some say that Sauda was second wife. History sources have different opinion about it. It is all very confusing.

You are getting late for 19 attempt.

The first thing is to choose a subject combination.

For English majority of people need coaching , particularly for precis and essay part.

Islamiat, pak studies and Current Affairs can be covered with self study.

See Syllabus and decide about reading material. Aldo remember to see past papers.

If you want to attempt in Urdu then you should remember enough hadiths and ayats. Urdu demands more citations. Also do memorize previous papers' MCQs. It will make easier to pass Islamiat.
